Poster Description
Before Bette Midler, before Liza Minelli, before Madonna, there was Mistinguett --"Queen of the Paris Music Hall" Born in Enghien, France, on April 5, 1875, Jeanne Bourgeois, aspired at an early age to be an entertainer. She assumed the stage-name "Mistinguett" and went on to become the toast of Paris, the most popular French entertainer of her time. Indeed, she was once the highest paid female entertainer in the world. This is a great reproduction of the 1922 year French Vintage poster - one of the Charles Gesmar's famous posters of Mistinguett - turn-of-the-century Paris dazzling music hall star.
